On a serious note...I do think that with free speech issues being a tough one for the government to fight when going after pornographers they will turn to other means to battle this biz and that will be bringing up racketeering charges, conspiracy charges and using the RICO act.
For example:
Shaving.
In order for a company to shave you'd have to have at least the CEO, CFO and the CTO involved. Just the fact that you have 2 out of 3 of those knowing constitutes a conspiracy.
All it will take for their little house of cards to fall is to piss off just one programmer who decides he's going to talk.
Talent:

Hiring that model in Los Angeles to come out to Vegas for that model shoot could get you into hot water.
On advise from a criminal and constitutional lawyer in Texas I moved to Vegas to avoid such things.
Now technically it MIGHT not be prostitution, however this could through the RICO act (if you are charged with racketeering, or conspiracy) give LEA enough reason to come in and seize your assets, your property and keep you jailed until you're either found not guilty, or they let you go, or can post bail. Either way you've been branded a beast in the papers, and your biz could be ruined.
Terminating WM's For TOS Violations:
You see a number of programs especially the ppc guys who term wm's for violations of TOS, or so the program owners claim.
Just because JOE BLOW program owner says so on a message board does not make it so.
One of these days, an innocent wm with some extra cash will take one of these programs to court and guess what kind of shit can come out during discovery proceedings?
Alot of unflattering thigns could come out during this time, even things that might be illegal. Once again if the terming of wm's for tos violations is proven to be standard operating procedure for some company there comes those nasty words again. Racketeering, and conspiracy.
Mark my words, this will happen.
