What does "the list" have to do with it? You're either compliant or not... legal or not. If the list says you are or not, doesn't matter. If it says you are... and you're not compliant after all... do you think the judge will say "oh, AaronM didn't update his list... so we'll let you go" ???
Please.... you take this way to personally. If Cloud9 isn't compliant... regardless of if they're on a list... than no, you shouldn't buy their content. But hey, like you said... leave the lawyering to the laywers while you're in court and you're trying to explain that you didn't really know that you were buying content from a supplier that wasn't compliant
