Either way, if someone breaks into my house and puts my life or my families life at risk, I'm going to put them before before they put me down. Plain and simple.

I've got guns on each floor of my house. Only one is loaded and that's in my bedroom - can't lose time fumbling around for shells when someone is already in by then. I live out in bumfuck. It would easily take cops at least 15+ minutes to get here and by then, I could be dead.
