a baseball bat to the head of a trained fighter is not really going to hurt him.. ive read report after report that a good fighter and really good muay thai kicker can swing his already hardened shin into your head much harder than any pro MLB baseball player can swing a bat... so on the flipside a true fighter can take one of those kicks... which means a swing from a bat will prolly just piss him off....
