Understandable when SEM is concerned, but it's you fault to not exclude "brand bidding" in your terms. You don't have it excluded in your terms, you pay the man, it's that easy. Put it in your terms, send out an email to all affiliates informing them of the changes with a grace period, that's the way to do it.
As far as SEO is concerned, it's simply suicide to not allow affiliates to use your site names for domains/subdomains/directories, since everybody in adult allows it. I mean, would you hesitate to pay Freeones.com if they rank #1 for one of your models or TheBestPorn.com when ranking with a review for your site? You shouldn't...
