We had a guy who used to do this at my school. There was a golf course next to our playing fields, with little wooded areas. This guy would hide in the woods, pull down his track suit pants, and whack off while we were playing rugby. We called him "The Phantom Wanker". The school never did anything about it, which I thought was strange.... during one Saturday game against a team from another school, I pointed out this guy to some parents watching the game. A woman--someone's mother presumably--yelled at me to concentrate on the game.
