Sometimes the net makes stars. Not really "porn" per se, but Cindy Margolis was built on the internet, she was as the first to make the claim of "most downloaded woman" and it landed her on shows like howard stern and for a while there she was a star.
Also Tila Tequila, again not really doing hardcore, but she's a cross over from the internet to mainsteam media.
I think it can happen for the right person. It seems the thing now is to have a strong persona and also allow surfers to percieve a high level of accessability.
