It`s been said countless times in this thread already but you seem to have a big issue trusting her and asking her constantly is probably not what she wants to hear.
You also mentioned she crashes around peoples houses lots? Perhaps she wants to have some fun in her life and isn`t looking for the big serious relationship right now?
If you knew her really well and thought she was "the one", you would know the answer to all the above questions.
