It's not a question of trust IMO, it has to do with the fact that you are not their and when the times comes for her to be appreciated, loved, and affectionate, if you're not there she'll go looking for it elsewhere and vice versa.
Get off your ass and go be with your woman if you are not sure if she is going to be faithful or not!
