No I did the exercise and consultations with the chick that teaches you to eat right (Don't know the English word) but it only worked for a short time. To get the surgery in Denmark you have to lose 20lbs and keep the wait loss for 3 months before you can get the surgery.
At one point I lost almost 50lbs but gained it again its been a battle all my life and I have tried a lot to try to get a permanent weight loss I have fought this for 15+ years.
Taking the surgery were a big decision for my but it were my last chance so I took the surgery and if I live to see 60-70 instead of dieing of obesity at 40 I will have paid back the costs of the surgery many times over.
