You keep going back to the fact that his ICQ status was online when he wouldn't answer you. As it was said before, did you even consider the fact that your time is probably much different than his? Just because it's business hours for you, it doesn't mean it's business hours for him. Also, who cares if there was no away message? Sorry for you if he doesn't want to set an away message everytime he steps out, or goes to sleep. Generally speaking, if someone doesn't answer you then assume that they are away and will get your message when they come back. If you would have seen him making posts on GFY, or other bored, then ok, you might have something to complain about. But you didn't. Suck it up, admit that you were a complete idiot for whining about this situation so fast, and realize that you don't deserve a cent after all of this.
