You may want to change the Quicktime movie on your join page to a MPG movie. I had to install a plugin when I went to your join page. I'm running XP. If I was a surfer I would have said "no thanks" to the plugin install and left the site. The site looks good, you may want to put a few more samples on it though....everytime I went to watch something it dropped me on the join page. Our sites do much better with a few more samples.
