Been trying to sell this site for the past few months. It's amateur/uploaded content (nothing stolen from other webmasters). It is a paysite setup in a tube-style fashion with amateur teen content. Based mainly off of SE/direct traffic and rebills. No affiliate marketing or paid advertisements.

Month of November stats:
150 new sales, 233 rebills (yes that's right, it gets MORE rebills than new sales)
6136$ net. *it's mid-day nov 29th right now, by the end of the month, tomorrow, it'll be closer to 6400$

Month of October stats:
155 new sales, 217 rebills

Month of September stats:
122 new sales, 200 rebills

Expenses:

Time needed to run site:
5-10 hours/week

40% SE, 40% Direct, 20% Referred sites

No paid advertisements/expenses other than assistant

Domain is a great 3word domain that is relevant to the site and gets good SE traffic.

Looking for 50,000$ for whole site, or 25,000$ for 50/50 partnership
