You speak as if we walk around in 100% pollution and 40% it is from the US. When it's more like we walk around in 99% non-pollution, and out of the 1%, the US might be 40%.
Global Warming has nothing to do with pollution or man causing it at all. That isn't to say pollution shouldn't be dealt with.
