I've posted in other threads before that candid is a great host. I have been with them for years and their uptime rocks. Ask Quiet about candid, he always gives the thumbs up.
However, I have to agree that Candid's support even when they aren't setting up 100+ new servers is very slow if you go through their ticket support system.
ex: last week I got them to change a mail forwarding on one of my domains and it took almost 20 hours to get it done. I know if I were with Natnet or Flying Croc it would have taken an hour or less.
But as a whole, if you really HAVE to get something done, you can call their tech support via phone and they always have someone there. Even at 4am!
