I agree thier tech support leaves something to be desired. I had to wait for over 30 days fro them to get something worked out for me that shouldnt have taken that much time. I dont mind waiting as I realise they have a ton of clients, but some kind of communication during that 30 days would have been nice. All I did was send emails for status about once a week and they were never answered. Finally I got the sales guy involved and went back and forth with him, which I appreciate at least him answering. Finally about a week ago or so I got an email out of the blue saying that the configuration I wanted was done and sure enough it was finally!
Great company I just think they need to work some more on thier admins, or perhaps get someone who can communicate a bit better in between....
