The best thing you can do, no matter where you live and no matter whom you buy content from. Deal with people that can provide modelreleases and ID's, confirming that the model was over 18 when the shooting was done. Then you are home free, no matter what happens.
It's not just a matter of age verification, it's also a proof that the person selling the content are the rightfully owner...
