Bump for you - Good Luck with your new AP dude!! I'm right in the middle of re-designing MY Program (see sig, heh) so I'm interested in the Vets opinions, too.

BUT -

Will they share their secrets? How about just 'the basics so we don't look like douschebag idiots' then (speaking for myself, not this thread)?
