After the affiliate send you the surfer, you installing a cookie for let's say 45 days.

Question is what's are you doing if some other affiliate sent you the same surfer, are you just writing the cookie again (in that case does it deleting the old cookie ?)

Or you checking if that surfer has a cookie installed and only if he hasn't you installing the cookie on his system.
