Regardless of what they tell the girls before the shoot if any one of these girls decided to press charges they would have hell fighting it. It appears that they are honestly crying and I doubt a jury would take their side. Regardless of what was set up, agreed to, etc inflicting pain and humiliation on cam would be considered illegal just about anywhere.
