Yeah, I hear ya. I prefer to own the license typically. Even if it costs more.
I just need a blank script to start putting some of the same ole shit I seem to answer weekly/monthly. Even if they e-mail me, I can just point them to the knowledge base instead of typing out the same shit over and over.
The live help would be a nice addition as well I think. Not that 24/7 is always needed. But when I am on, and they can see that, may give them a little added 'trust' on the sign up.
Most of my members, and customer base, are solid and returning. I get some new, but through my newsletters, and such. I basically keep same solid buying customers as I hope from site to site. It is an invaluable tool.
I think this script across all sites will also help out some of my international customers who are having some issues with their credit cards. Asking to mail payments, and send other ways since they can't get their cards to go through, or are from 2nd or 3rd world countries and show up on CCB/Verotel/Zombaio's blacklists.
