It's actually true. I think I red it somewhere that north american girls hit puberty earlier than their european counterparts. The same goes for men too. So a 20 year european chick, might only be developed as well as 18 year old north american. This depends of course on the individual, but generally speaking north americans develop faster. Can't remember why though.
