lol the Prime Minister of the Ukraine did not mutate the virus herself. I doubt she is directly involved with the over 300 dead people and over 1 million infected. And if you read the articles you'd see it's not simply the "swine flu" anymore, it is a seriously mutated virus... even being referred to as a "plague."
