I agree also, I thought the domain name trademarks only protect the same "type" of business and I don't think you peddling porn on a site with the R-Us in it confuses surfers!!
If I was in the same boat, even if the domain wasn't making me a penny and I had the dought to fight it I would. Stop letting the "big guys" pick on everyone!
