Just group the accounts so your affiliates get credit for all sites. The ability to calculate splits and pay out to partners is one way in which CCBill is very much superior to Epoch, although CCBill is not always good about updating addresses, so, if your model moves around a lot, I recommend having CCBill cut her checks but mail them either to you and you can hand the envelopes to the model.
