They would have to credit the join with any and all redirection, so if a person visits all of your sites and then joins, and site 00003 has simply been visited in the mix, then your partner on site 00003 will be credited.
Unless there is a more involved process, adding a profit split for site 00003 will be almost like offering this partner a split on ALL of your joins, since the referral code is not locked into just the one site.

Simply make sure that you register each site (or each site that you need to split profit share from) as it's own sub-account. Then, regardless of your multi-pass configuration, splitting the profits with a model of one particular sub account will be completely seperate, and won't require your quirky work-around...
