I say be upfront about it and ask/tell him, can't do anymore damage than not saying anything and having him find out 5 years from now when he's married her and has his life and career shattered because a colleague recognizes her...or worse if she's doing shoots with other people and he doesn't know about it and she brings him home some disease. Tell him and let's hope he already knows.
