How does CCBill determine how the sale of a multi-pass join is specifically credited to a partner of just ONE of the sites in the network if no referral links are provided or tracked specifically from that solo model's site?
For example, a program owner offers 5 sites...

00002.com
00003.com
00004.com
00005.com
All sites bring you to ONE join page, so if a surfer joins any site they are granted access to all.
You only want to split the overall profits derived from site 00003.com.
How does CCBill make this calculation?
I can see if it is a solo site, on its own, and you set up a profit split with a partner for just the one site, but if the site is part of a multi-site network, and you are not using a CCBill referral code, how does CCBill do the math?
