watch it again and listen really closely...you couldn't stage the gurgling that her lungs were doing in between her hyperventilated breaths after he released her. Her tongue was sticking out, her face was blue, her body was jerking around, that was not her fighting to get away, you just watched a girl almost die.
I mean, I'd love for this to be staged, I really would...and if it is I'll be super relieved, but I can't see anyone staging this without actually cutting off her oxygen.
