Their $250k tweet btw: "We have some highly trained techs who can help you understand your needs best and help you make an objective decision. Give me a call."
True meaning: "We have so mythically found your message by doing that mysterious thing called search and we're going to completely shock you by responding to it. All we showed you is we need...er sorry, WANT your business...what a shock given every business on the planet wants the business of their potential customers, especially when we're all hurt for money right now. If you're a sheep, you'll bite hook line and sinker and we're going to get you on the phone, figure out what you want (which is probably nothing that's rocket science), then tell you we can do exactly what you want (big whoop, so can everyone else) and why everyone else sucks (even though we probably also suck but we're not going to say negative stuff about ourselves) and probably try to get a 'yes' or 'no' from you before the call is up because we know after a lengthy call where you were supposedly 'objectively helped' that you won't want to say no to the 'helper'."
I hope the first time that customer has to deal with customer service, that company takes forever to respond...they'd deserve it by seeking what will be blatantly subjective analysis instead of doing the smart thing and talking to other people who are using or have used the services of the companies they were deciding between. Choosing a company because they are more proactive in sales and marketing is fucking stupid.
