What you've listed are issues and concerns every single person on this board has dealt with, or is dealing with. The biggest problem, for me, is I simply have ZERO idea of WHO will sell, and how much, until the site is finished and all the traffic and marketing efforts start rolling in, which can sometimes take weeks or even months. Meanwhile, you've spent hours and hours and hours working on a site, in total ignorance of whether it will sell or not. Yes, I know, after awhile you SHOULD 'know', or at least have a clue, but truth be told ya just never know until you put it - or HER - out there. Which sucks. LOL

Well... it's making some sales but definitely not profitable yet. We have made a commitment to stick to it until it is profitable though because we see progress weekly.

Its all seems to be off to a very nice start.
The only regret I have is that I did not make the switch to paysites earlier

the most profitable ventures are those that are innovative but at the same time those are the ones you will have to do all the homework and legwork as you have little to base anything on. good innovative ideas are worth it at the end given you keep on innovating within that niche and do some smart marketing.

Building more traffic... once I get to 100K a day... well who knows.. we will reassess....

Complete mobile sollution for Freeones, nothing special but big for us since we don't do anything with it yet. Keep hearing we are leaving money on the table lol

You have to run an extremely tight ship in this business. You have to be on top of all aspects of people working for you and you have to reward for hard/good work.

Yes I am working on new projects. As for trials, there is always something.

The assistants are coming along nicely on picking up new skills. A lot faster then I would have thought to be honest. Even though they do not understand it. They are managing to do exactly what is needed.

This is good news for me. Before, I always considering partnering or getting industry people to help or work on these things. But they always thought they could command a premium for monkey work. So I opted for training locally instead.

I have some good designer and programmers. But we run into things that come up, or added complexity just like the remodeling of my house. You get into a project, and next thing you know half the house does not have insulation, or wired wrong, or some other shit that needs to be done.

My biggest issue right now however is that I simply have so much going on. The guys get some projects done before I thought they would, as are assistants. So when I have things blocked for 1-2 weeks, and it is being finished sooner that is great. But then it sits there until time allotment. Or happens vice versa. Runs over time window, and then has to wait for a new window a month later. That gets frustrating.

Every idea or project I do has been worked out on a white board for some time before I commit to it. So I think all are gold mines or will be successful. How successful in regards to time to ramp up, and return is another thing. I rarely do any project that I do not believe in. If I am unhappy with results, I simply sell it off later.

I like the creative process and testing shit. I do not mind selling off assets for quick cash down the road. I can always make something else that does the same or better results in 3-6 months.

Those ones generally apply to my projects. Not every one of them and not every project, but generally yes.

I spent a couple years, & all my money, devoted to putting the worlds greatest bouncing boob website online. Now that i accomplished this goal, i have no clue how to build a network of traffic to it. But i love what i create & am optimistic i will soon get the world excited about my dream.
