Are you an affiliate or are you just trying to contact support for other reasons? I agree with you 100% in that a simple 'no' is much better than no contact at all, but that has never been the case with A.P. Morning, noon, night ICQ/email answered instantly no matter how trivial the subject. If you are not recieing any response, there is something else causing it.
If you need a list of cowardly weasels that ignore or mislead instead of giving the affiliate an answer they might not like, just let me know .. I have a list
