It's free of black marks, so no worries for future bans. That's, assuming you don't get 3 bans yourself ofcourse, in which case the account will be permanently closed like any other account :P

- Game Keys
- Photo ID
and some other legal documents which blizzard will ask for to verify yourself as the original account owner incase something happens.
