Russian girls look younger because they are livelier and have a better social life. They eat natural foods and lack the balooning flesh typical of a western chemical diet. They lack a sedentary lifestyle. Thus a 19 year old girl may have the body of a sixteen year old western counterpart.
Also Russian girls are more mature so if she is sixteen she would easily out-maneuver her 21 year old counterpart on any social level. However her papers should do the talking when it comes to age.
