So "sex tape" boils down to her being a teenager (17) and sending her boyfriend at the time a video of her... well... who knows what she did or didn't do in the video.
Two questions about the old boyfriend though:
1) What did she do to him that 5 years later this guy is still holding on to a video - using it as a bargaining chip to control/ruin her life??
2) Where do the cp laws stand on still possessing AND distributing a video of a 17 year old - even though it was given to him 5 years earlier??
I mean, they are charging teens these days for "sexting" with other teens - so wouldn't this guy be in trouble just for possessing this video?? Let alone showing it to pageant officials and TMZ??
