What new ps3 games you been playing that are good?

Haven't bought many for the PS3 lately and I'm thinking of grabbing tekken 6, always been a fan of them games for some reason.

Resident evil, fifa 10 and the new call of duty are on my list to get, what others that have come out recently are worth getting?

And what to avoid?
