Much more than Maine.
Hawaii had one for children. It failed. Families started pulling their children out of family plans and putting them in the state plan. Bankrupted the program.
Tennessee had a similar issue.
Massachusetts is starting to have a similar issue.
I don't understand how the $800 billion target suddenly got thrown out the window for $1.2 trillion.
