thanks for the input sacX, exim has a pretty good built in spam filter, this way you won´t have to reply to any incoming mail by default ...

let´s do the maths, on an average expired domain I receive about 5 "no spam" emails daily. if you have 200 expired domains, that would make 1000 emails per day.

but this is different to oppt in mailings (because you will attach the initial email threaded) so you´ll be probably looking at higher click rates. with a bit of luck you could get ONE or TWO signups per day. not much, I know ...

well, as everybody is talking about new traffic sources ... just thought I share this with you !!
