Just because the feds put penalties into law doesnt mean they get enforced. Name one person in jail solely because of a 2257 violation, a law mandating 5 years in jail.
Prisons are overcrowded enough that many states release nonviolent prisoners early.
So the idea that people will do time for not buying insurance from a price gouging, claims denying insurance company...that is the true delusion in this thread.
