There are arguments to be made on the merits of the policies but instead the Obama noise machine is attempting to ram through the bill without even his most ardent supporters having any idea what it is about...... as is painfully demonstrated by the imbeciles posting in this thread.
If we are going to radically change health care in this country then it would be a good idea if people understood the basic issues involved. Instead people spend all their times frothing at the mouth about "tea baggers" and "death panels".
I strongly believe that most of the people who claim they support the Democrats' plan don't have any fucking idea what is is or what it will do. If people understood the implications then it would be very unpopular. That is why they are ramming it through as quickly as they can.
