Personally I think these inner circle guys are all shitting bricks right now. If they go out on the streets the people will literally rip them apart limb by limb.
And the CIA can interrogate under the threat of you have your choice, talk your head off to us and tell us everything or we're going to let you be tried in Iraq by your own people.
