most of you whipper snappers are too young to remember when they raised the drinking age from 18 to 21..

the fed said if you didnt raise the age in your state, you wouldnt receive fed tax money for highways and roads..

guess what happened....

we have 1 party that controls congress now and if they want it to happen, it will happen...
