Well, no. That's an illogical way of putting it.
An example I can give; let me say to you that there is a teapot which orbits mars, it's around the size of our house and it has always been there. A disbelief in what I'm saying means nothing, as the very notion of what I'm saying is not logical. Just because one can not disprove my statement does not mean that both options have an equal chance of occurrence. Not believing in God is not a belief per se, it is simply the denial of a suggested hypothesis based on the lack of evidence to support it.
EDIT: My 69th post and it's not in the least bit sex related, considering the reason for communing in this forum, I find this amusing.
