What a nightmare!
We hosted a few small servers with them and our office T1.
Because of the boneheads working in tech support and the amount of downtime we decided to move to Level 3 direct at the beginning of the year.
We now love Level 3!
But we have been unable to cancel our account with Hosting.com.
5 faxes, 9 emails and 4 phone calls later they seem to have the cancel request taken care of, maybe.
We keep getting billed even though we cancelled months ago.
To the tune of several thousand per month.
What do these guy take leasons from the porn industry?
Screwed up company, screwed up tech support, screwed up service.
