I think the designer should of been paid and paid on time. I do not think people should have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get paid for anything, and unreasonable to me is roughly a week after it was due assuming it was not collected up front.

I do think the designer perhaps should of thought this out a tiny bit better, than to just post it all here in the open. No, not because he is not owed or anything like that. Just because we all do know how this board often works. David versus Goliath rarely ends out the same around here if you catch my drift and it is rare when it does.

He may have been getting fed up. He may be needing the money and can not wait any longer. Just as a general tactic though I feel he performed the wrong maneuver. He could of had much better results/luck with say a GFY warning shot. We all have seen them used and in the end nobody losses face unless it goes to round two.

I have never been one to run here with problems. I avoid drama like the fucking plaque. Once long ago I did the very same shit two times on here. Both times I got my ass handed to me, not because I was wrong but because who I accused was "stand up", "top notch", "bro's", whatever. Hell I never even got paid on one of them and just had to pretty much drop it.
I know now I could probably rip apart someone less known then me today. I would be seen more as the person beyond attack compared to when I first tried my hand at the high school board rules. Problem is still there though and those stupid fucking rules will often cost you more than what you are owed.
