Halloween here is as big if not a bigger deal for adults. People get the kids thing done by 8:30 pm, then it's off to have the real fun.

what he said but make that from anywhere in southern Ontario... how many other times a year do grown-ups get to dress in costume and behave outrageously ... yes even here in the 'Shwa halloween is a big deal
