Oops, had to kick in here.
Frankie was NOT prosecuted by the Federal court system per se. Frankie was targetted, along with several others, by a woman from Michigan who happened to be running for elected office, had no concept of the law or how it worked, and was not actually prosecuted, but threatened at a point in a campaign where being able to publicize these threats was a primary point in the campaigning.
Saying that Attorney General was after him is like saying that Bobby Kennedy was after the KKK back in the 60s, and it's just not true in this case.
