Sorry that sounds messed up, even I don'tknowwhat I'm trying to say half the time. This is what I meant to say.
No attorney worth a damn will advise you to let someone else protect your business and your freedom. Especially if that guy is overseas and definately if the guy you bought the content from is between him and you.
The only thing they will tell you is be your own document holder, examine each and everyone to authenticate it.
Of course Dave Clark knows 4 or was it 5 attorneys who say trust someone else.
