Capped bandwidth also seems to limit your transfer rates which doesn't appear to be beneficial for most Webmasters either.
[size=huge] Candid Hosting [/size] offers billing by the Meg, by the GB, on avereage, or on the 95th percentile (customers choice). So far, since I have been in the industry, the majority of Webmasters seem to prefer billing on the average method by the GB of transfer!
