Looks like they have some pretty strict copyright laws in Netherlands, much stricter than DMCA:

Some one just needs to file a lawsuite against the infamous offenders hosted in Netherlands such as TNAFlix and PureTNA. There's a good precedent against TPB now, and chances to prevail in court are very high. But without the actual case the law is useless - scambags feel secure just because they think there's no one to sue them in Netherlands. But I think they're wrong.
